FAQ
The product, the method, the report — and what happens to your data.
Vektor North is a team alignment diagnostic tool - autonomous, scalable, and designed for recurring use.
You describe your situation and the challenge your team is facing. Vektor North generates questions calibrated to your context - not a generic survey - and sends them to your team members. As soon as everyone has responded, you receive a complete report: where your team is aligned, where perceptions diverge, and a prioritized action plan.
A custom diagnostic, accessible to any team.
Questions are custom-crafted from what you describe: your team, your context, your current challenge. The report you receive isn't an employee survey - it's a map of your team's business reality, with the gaps that matter, ranked by priority, and a Leader Delta that shows precisely where your read diverges from your team's.
Many managers tell us it's the first time they've seen it this clearly.
For any manager leading a team toward a shared goal - and who wants to know where alignment really stands.
The context you provide shapes everything: the questions generated for a founder mid-product pivot are not the same as those generated for a department head after a reorg. The tool adapts - not the other way around.
SMEs, mid-sized companies, large enterprises, project teams, sales teams, executive committees, HR: if you have a shared goal and between 3 and 20 members, Vektor North is built for you.
The team leader configures the diagnostic in 5 minutes. Then all team members receive the same link and respond individually, anonymously.
For a leadership team: the full executive committee. For a functional team: the manager and their direct reports. The minimum required is 3 respondents - the tool works optimally between 5 and 20 members.
The 20-member cap is intentional: beyond that, subgroups form and the notion of a shared direction loses its meaning.
In four steps:
01 - You describe your situation: the team's goal, what's at stake, the context. Allow 5 minutes.
02 - Vektor North builds your custom questions. Calibrated to what you've just described - not to a generic template.
03 - Your team responds asynchronously, at their own pace. ~20 minutes per member, no meeting, no onboarding call.
04 - As soon as the last member has responded, you receive your complete report: convergences, gaps, Leader Delta, prioritized action plan.
5 minutes of setup for the team leader. Around 20 minutes per respondent - asynchronously, on mobile or desktop, with no timing constraints.
No meeting to organize. No onboarding call. You launch, your team responds when they can, the report arrives automatically.
Vektor North Executive goes deeper: about 1.5 hours per member, in three modules of 30 minutes, over a week.
3 respondents minimum. Beyond 4, Vektor North automatically calculates the Leader Delta - the gap between your perception as the team leader and the rest of the team's. That's often where the most valuable information sits.
The larger the group, the more robust the reading. The tool is optimized to work between 5 and 20 members.
Two products, depending on the team:
Vektor North Team - any team of up to 20, 7 questions, in two formats: • Structured cycle: 4 consecutive months on one axis (Strategy, Operations or People). An in-depth follow-up, month after month. • Single theme: one topic from a wide selection (Decisions, Leadership, Culture, KPIs…). Focused, one-time, immediate.
Vektor North Executive - the leadership committee: 27 open questions across all 9 categories, a full report in four documents.
AI systematically analyzes all responses: it detects convergences and divergences between members, anonymously, and identifies gaps between your perception and your team's.
But it interprets nothing autonomously. It operates entirely within a proprietary methodology developed by Vektor North's founders - 25 years of combined experience in organizational consulting and elite-level competition. AI processes; the method gives meaning.
Result: confirmed strengths, identified blind spots, and zones of disagreement you can act on - rather than discovering them too late.
On a proprietary methodology developed by Christophe Dargnies and Joseph Ozanne.
Christophe Dargnies: 25 years of management experience (15 years in general management in the energy sector across some forty countries, 5 years as CPO of a tech scale-up, HEC graduate). Joseph Ozanne: 6 America's Cups including 2 victories, Data Science & AI specialist (ISAE-SUPAERO graduate).
What you see in the report - P and A scores, the four-zone alignment map, Priority Index - are the indicators this methodology produces to give you a useful, immediately actionable read. Not one more score to interpret.
Your report includes four elements:
Convergence - Where your team is aligned: the questions on which everyone says the same thing.
Gaps - Where perceptions diverge: ranked by importance, with an indication of what deserves immediate attention.
Leader Delta - The gap between your read and your team's. This is often the moment where managers realize something they wouldn't have seen otherwise.
Prioritized action plan - Concrete recommendations, ready to use at your next team meeting.
That's the recommended use.
Alignment isn't a destination - it's a practice. A key hire, a strategic pivot, a tough quarter: each of these events changes how your team thinks about priorities. Without regular tracking, you find out when something breaks.
Each new assessment builds on your previous results. You don't just get a snapshot - you get a trajectory. That's where Vektor North reveals its full value.
Vektor North is designed to work in full autonomy - that's its strength. The delivered report contains directly actionable recommendations.
For organizations that want to go further, optional services are available: restitution workshops, coaching for action plan implementation, additional consulting assignments. Contact us to find out more: contact@vektornorth.com
We apply the highest security standards: access restricted to authorized systems only, data processed on secure cloud servers. Your data is never shared with third parties.
The process is 100% anonymous and 100% confidential. Individual responses are never shared with the manager who commissioned the diagnostic - only aggregated summaries appear in the report.
Raw questionnaire data is automatically deleted 90 days after report delivery. Only diagnostic reports may be retained on our servers, accessible via a personal secure link, with your express authorization.
Our benchmarks are built from completely anonymized and aggregated data. We extract only global statistical indicators - with no element that could identify a specific team or organization. It's the same logic as industry studies: trends analyzed, confidentiality preserved.
No. The commercial terms of the models we use guarantee that your data is never used to train AI models. Your information remains confidential and is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Vektor North Executive - the leadership committee diagnostic, up to 20 members: $11,990 per diagnostic, excl. VAT, paid on a signed purchase order.
It's a deliberate choice. Beyond 20 members, subgroups form naturally and the notion of a shared direction loses its meaning. Vektor North measures the alignment of a team that shares a common goal - not an entire organization.
For larger scopes, the Company Subscription plan allows multiple diagnostics to be run in parallel across distinct sub-teams.
